Shipping & Return Policy

At METE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• International shipments will not be refunded. 

How to Initiate a Return:

• To start a return, contact our customer support team at orders@mete.ae with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Scheduling a Return:

• You may schedule a pickup for your return at your convenience. A 40 AED fee will apply for this service.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be provided in the form of store credits to be used on future purchases.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
